Daniele Calabrese, Founder and CEO
Daniele is the former Communications Officer with the
Development Communications Division of the World Bank,
where he focused on wireless technology, infrastructure,
telecom, energy, public sector reform and climate change.
During his tenure Daniele initiated the First World Congress on
Communication for Development, and spearheaded numerous
international communications efforts involving the uptake of
mobile technologies. He holds an MA in International Affairs
from George Washington University and a Political Science
degree from Istituto Universitario Orientale in Naples,
Italy.
Giuseppe Taibi, PhD, CTO
Engineer, entrepreneur, researcher, musician, digital artisan.
Fascinated by video games and electronics, Giuseppe decides to become an
entrepreneur in order to explore first hand the infinitely
transformative possibilities of emerging technologies. During the early
days of the Internet age, he founded Altoprofilo, with main office on
Milan, Italy and research center in Boston, MA. Altoprofilo focused on
design and implementation of innovative web services for the business
and consumer markets. Since the introduction of the first iPhone,
Giuseppe has focused exclusively on building world-class iPhone apps.
His apps have been featured by Apple and have ranked at the top of their
App Store categories. As CTO of Soundtracker, Giuseppe thrives in building
and supporting the talented team that builds its game-changing products.
He is on the board of directors of several startups, including WideTag,
Inc., a California company operating in the nascent market of the
"Internet of Things." Giuseppe teaches Smartphone Application
Development innovation at Harvard University Extension School. He is
often interviewed and referenced by US and International press and has
been recently recognized as one of "Boston's Mobile Industry Heavy
Hitters" by BostInnovation.
Dina Hellerstein
Advisor Content Strategy and Partnerships
During her long career in the entertainment world, Dina acted
as legal and content partnership advisor to MySpace Music,
Yahoo!, LionsGate, Veoh and Howcast. As former VP and Assoc.
General Counsel at Yahoo!, she orchestrated and implemented
various music and copyright policies. Previously, Dina was
inhouse legal counsel with EMI Music, and worked at the
leading law firm Paul, Weiss, et al. She earned her JD from
Columbia University and a BA and BSE from the University of
Pennsylvania.
